![]() ![]() This page, has Silas Warner’s obituary and some shared memories from a former colleague. There’s a great article bout Silas Warner on Polygon, which I recommend reading as he was literally a giant in the gaming industry ( his archived CV is here). Silas Warner sadly passed away at age 54 on February 26, 2004. The game was created by Silas Warner and published by MUSE Software. ![]() The original Wolfenstein is also now sometimes called Wolfenstein 2D although was never formally known by that name. It was also one of the first games to use actual sampling of voices. It is one of the first stealth games and somewhat defines the stealth genre (and I really like stealth games). One of my favorite games of all time is Castle Wolfenstein originally for the Commodore 64 (C64). Welcome to CASTLE WOLFENSTEIN Mate, the internet brought you here to get instructions out of me… If you find this helpful and want to say thanks, please buy me a coffee. I also can’t provide you with technical support if you get stuck. Important I am not affiliated with any of the products and companies listed in this review. ![]()
